Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Issc 396-115 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microwave-Data-Sys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fireye product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microwave-Data-Sys such as the 4790ARBB0B21E50FN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48980001E manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 45RM11001 by Manufacturer Fireye as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Measurex Brand 51305907175 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as 4DP7APXPR311 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5611039A made by Mattec as well as the popular 3HAC174841000 original spares produced by Tamagawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 51196886100 by Measurex and 4DP7APXPR311 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4024VGS4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
