Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jancd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Itt product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jai such as the CM530 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FC9041 manufactured by Jancd and we are pleased to be able to service most Jancd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACS800ITTU100165B056P901 by Manufacturer Itt as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Johnson-Controls Brand 640D0062H01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jet such as MS8007282002 equipment made by Jet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C500AAC1 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular A72AE1 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
