Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kajaani SR 902660 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tektronix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ixys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vicor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tektronix such as the WFM601E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VUB12016NO2 manufactured by Ixys and we are pleased to be able to service most Ixys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VIB6ZCU by Manufacturer Vicor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eupec Brand TZ630N18 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nachi such as UM806C equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TT215N20KOF made by Eupec as well as the popular VMVS2TW250TTS826 original spares produced by Cooper

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VL3508 by Reliance-Electric and UM806C spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPBSV0N1AS52 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki.
