Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Klockner such as the PS4101DD1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC007 manufactured by Koyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Koyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LDU11523A7 by Manufacturer Landis as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lam-Research Brand 81007032001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lap such as POL00003 equipment made by Lap have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lap products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lap" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 61433 made by Kohler as well as the popular PS416OUT400 original spares produced by Klockner
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC11050A1TRP1 by Kollmorgen and POL00003 spares by Lap are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
