Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kla-tencor 0026346-000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kokusai-Dengyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Krohne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Konescranes product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kokusai-Dengyo such as the PMC1000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS3000 manufactured by Krohne and we are pleased to be able to service most Krohne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DHV24061 by Manufacturer Konescranes as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kuroda Brand PRN20S90235P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Koyo such as XJ065 equipment made by Koyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Koyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Koyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 810046015009 made by Lam-Research as well as the popular IC11100A1TRP1 original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M107774 by Kollmorgen and XJ065 spares by Koyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 27S142004118 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kpsi.
