Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kollmorgen BDS4P-203J-0001203A2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the GPD515CB034 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSLV0550S1004CONDS manufactured by Lg and we are pleased to be able to service most Lg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LSLV0300H1004COFN by Manufacturer Lg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mistubishi Brand MRJ2S100A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mistubishi such as FRA54037K equipment made by Mistubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mistubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mistubishi" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRS11300Z37 by Mistubishi and FRA54037K spares by Mistubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SR200002G404C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
