Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ledex A-34915-001 (5930-00-715-5238) parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Panalarm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Panalarm such as the 70PSA60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D84013766211RY manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3RK14001CE010AA2 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 3RB20561FC2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pickard--Burns such as A36373 equipment made by Pickard--Burns have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pickard--Burns products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pickard--Burns" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8025601 made by Mst as well as the popular MDSDHV22020 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RGC3P60I65EDFP by Carlo-Gavazzi and A36373 spares by Pickard--Burns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 815E0V16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
