Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lenze MCS09F38-RSOBO-B14N-ST5SOON-ROSU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the LM01301BC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M81X25GKU manufactured by Panasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Panasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M1222T by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Honeywell Brand M945B4002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ormec such as MACDB200QI equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M1008T made by Baldor as well as the popular LSH074360560T1 original spares produced by Lust

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M135H60AOYOYG3 by Aeg and MACDB200QI spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
