Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leuze GS 06/66D-2,430-S12 GS0666D2 430-S12 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued H2w-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gtr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hanna product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader H2w-Technology such as the BLDMC04HC2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G3L22N030UTM020WAX manufactured by Gtr and we are pleased to be able to service most Gtr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PHHI8710E by Manufacturer Hanna as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gsk Brand ZJY208A37BMB35L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hardy such as 0535034701REVC equipment made by Hardy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hardy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hardy" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASV218066600p made by Haas as well as the popular C052255 original spares produced by Hardy

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GXOD1611 by Omron and 0535034701REVC spares by Hardy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
