Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leuze SD4T40-300 / SD4R40-300E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mikropul parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Magnetrol product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the PRK348S8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 13102099 manufactured by Mikropul and we are pleased to be able to service most Mikropul systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 910A1B0004 by Manufacturer Magnetrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micro-Motion Brand CMF100M328NC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mahr such as EAS2104W3 equipment made by Mahr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mahr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mahr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FIS08600002 made by Microscan as well as the popular PR26 original spares produced by Leybold

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS150Z218SU by Micro-Motion and EAS2104W3 spares by Mahr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original optoNCDT2200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Epsilon.
