Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lovejoy PT-90380-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marposs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marposs such as the 3415340201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSLV0055S1004EXNNS manufactured by Ls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SV220iS5 by Manufacturer Ls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lucent Brand 495FA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lust such as VF1414L equipment made by Lust have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lust products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lust" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MSANBC0GBA0175 made by Macron-Dynamics as well as the popular 2600160 original spares produced by Marwin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DPAC3S480166 by Loyola and VF1414L spares by Lust are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IP9100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matthews.
