Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Magnetek CIMR-P5M4018 / GPD506V-B041 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynapath products, including obsoleted and phased-out D4-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynamatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapath such as the 4202014 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OBYC3310778001 manufactured by D4-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most D4-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 702194 by Manufacturer Dynamatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynamics-Research Brand LMT5003790 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynamatic such as 15230 equipment made by Dynamatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynamatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynamatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E0241653022 made by Okuma as well as the popular 307194152 original spares produced by Dynacorp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A2T15ZA2TVAL3 by Dynics and 15230 spares by Dynamatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PT1605M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynisco-Instruments.
