Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Matrix VK204-25 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Astec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ambitech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2094AC09M02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LPS255 manufactured by Astec and we are pleased to be able to service most Astec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS4A2 by Manufacturer Ambitech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bimba Brand DWC50222 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as F10029A00 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 96013201 made by Emerson as well as the popular HTO2006C02 original spares produced by Emoteq

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPA09034 by Cleveland and F10029A00 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 15199244203001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aris.
