Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitsubishi F940WG0T-TWD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Advantech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the IC503174310100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JZNCGOP33 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FPM3171GXCE by Manufacturer Advantech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Red-Lion Brand GL350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Miniocs such as IC3000CS061F equipment made by Miniocs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Miniocs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Miniocs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HMI520T007 made by Maple-Systems as well as the popular KSYZ402B2 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC752DTX500BC by Ge and IC3000CS061F spares by Miniocs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
