Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Modicon PC-F984-785/PCF984785 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Voyage-Master parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lust-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the SHM86MCONT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Type1000603 manufactured by Voyage-Master and we are pleased to be able to service most Voyage-Master systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UDS0201 by Manufacturer Lust-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand PXC128U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nematron-Corp such as PVS53552001001 equipment made by Nematron-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron-Corp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SPD300480Y3N made by Cutler-hammer as well as the popular SRCH5 original spares produced by Yamaha

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD3KSCLR400 by Allen-bradley and PVS53552001001 spares by Nematron-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPMM5616 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
