Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moeller EASY412-DC-RC & EASY TRAINER parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moore-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moore-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Moeller product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moore-Industries such as the 340DFBHAEC5YN13 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 154892114 manufactured by Moore-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Moore-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NZM7100SNA by Manufacturer Moeller as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moore-Industries Brand 160131OG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Monarch such as ACT3X120000 equipment made by Monarch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Monarch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Monarch" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XN2AIU made by Moeller as well as the popular 1602011 original spares produced by Moore-Industries

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSTDN4PCI by Molex and ACT3X120000 spares by Monarch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
