Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ERS0150UD601V0 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRA1A1C24G0U0041S by Manufacturer Mts as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Naka Brand NPC2RSF35 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Namco such as 80070840 equipment made by Namco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Namco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Namco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ER10040801 made by Namco as well as the popular SFWS16X24FS103 original spares produced by Nb
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TW24uu by Nb and 80070840 spares by Namco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
