Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nec such as the DFIM5580D1024A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HES202HC manufactured by Nemicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Nemicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PB32ADJ by Manufacturer Oem as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nemicon Brand HES202MHCP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National such as CFPAI110 equipment made by National have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RB20R10A made by Nadesco as well as the popular SFW20X39FS116 original spares produced by Nb
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM1C7L30A by Muscle-Corporation and CFPAI110 spares by National are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
