Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nadex PC-975-00A-A3-3002-174 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Namco products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-Atlantic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nbs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Namco such as the EE71020100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 64CA3MBB003 manufactured by North-Atlantic and we are pleased to be able to service most North-Atlantic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6CK1838R by Manufacturer Nbs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nais Brand FP2XY64D2P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nb-Corporation such as SSPF40 equipment made by Nb-Corporation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nb-Corporation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nb-Corporation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MON1001001 made by Nematron as well as the popular NIPXI1042Q original spares produced by National-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ADU051x by Nec and SSPF40 spares by Nb-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 64303 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron.
