Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nematron ICC-310 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Miyachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Veeder-root parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Seifert-Mtm-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Miyachi such as the IP217A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M53 manufactured by Veeder-root and we are pleased to be able to service most Veeder-root systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KG4266 by Manufacturer Seifert-Mtm-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kmc-Controls Brand KMD7301 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vickers such as KBSDG4V392L12M1PE7H711 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ISA255 made by Werner-Kuster-Ag as well as the popular IFC090FDHART6 original spares produced by Krohne

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD093CN030N2L110PA0 by Indramat and KBSDG4V392L12M1PE7H711 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
