Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nemic SWT65-522 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Syntron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Takk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tality-2001 product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Syntron such as the S04DA33AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3000XRS manufactured by Takk and we are pleased to be able to service most Takk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1000892 by Manufacturer Tality-2001 as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tamagawa Brand TS4512N4020E200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ta-Hsing such as LL49086 equipment made by Ta-Hsing have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ta-Hsing products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ta-Hsing" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SS20TL12 made by Takex as well as the popular F44690B9ACW original spares produced by T.j.-Snow

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the YKD3722M by Takotec and LL49086 spares by Ta-Hsing are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HASDPMCG08M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Systran-(curtiss-wright).
