Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ixys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Teknor-Applicom product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the WR67100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VWO14014IO1 manufactured by Ixys and we are pleased to be able to service most Ixys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T701SLC50000 by Manufacturer Teknor-Applicom as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Borries Brand SYS63TEMR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ixys such as VUO11008NO7 equipment made by Ixys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ixys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ixys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available X5388 made by Stanley as well as the popular VUO5220N01 original spares produced by Ixys
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSXDSY16T2 by Schneider and VUO11008NO7 spares by Ixys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Tensor37 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlas-Capco.
