Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nova 021-5248-002C SER 8432 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Static-Control-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Welco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the 14003340010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1080S203XX1080S203XX manufactured by Static-Control-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Static-Control-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 256010408 by Manufacturer Welco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Modicon Brand 140NOL91110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Digital such as LMG223170EG01 equipment made by Digital have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Digital products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Digital" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 140DDO36400 made by Modicon as well as the popular 1746IO8 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 047961106401047961106401 by Bosch and LMG223170EG01 spares by Digital are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
