Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omega CNi3224-C24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weed parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sst product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E5CSQ1PXF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6022AA4C12500316 manufactured by Weed and we are pleased to be able to service most Weed systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSTIBSCLX by Manufacturer Sst as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Texas-Instruments Brand EUD5U9BRI4180 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as C250HLOD213MK equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 6SN11180AD110AA1 made by Siemens as well as the popular GS2241T original spares produced by Sonicor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HIM101 by Square-D and C250HLOD213MK spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2J3A2194D2N3A2194D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba.
