Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Oriental 2GN125KA & 2IKGGN-AW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oxford products, including obsoleted and phased-out Otis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ormec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oxford such as the HSAFC2008HSAFC2008 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A8121AE manufactured by Otis and we are pleased to be able to service most Otis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SACJ743701 by Manufacturer Ormec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Oven-Industries Brand 57379 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Origin such as GEXUSARC01UGEXUSARC01U equipment made by Origin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Origin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Origin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VHR206A2MGV made by Oriental as well as the popular HT2017361 original spares produced by Otis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSM540401W by Oriental and GEXUSARC01UGEXUSARC01U spares by Origin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K560S50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental.
