Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ormec MAC-J721801 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Waukesha-Cherry-burrell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC071C0NS4C095A0WI518LV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LA70902AA112 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M38BP820804 by Manufacturer Waukesha-Cherry-burrell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand M2333T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Giddings--Lewis such as M13021160 equipment made by Giddings--Lewis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Giddings--Lewis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Giddings--Lewis" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MA0609000102D5 made by Mavilor-Motors as well as the popular LC2512ATZ original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M94513 by Dodge and M13021160 spares by Giddings--Lewis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
