Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Takenaka product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the SHND69120A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T8403 manufactured by Ics and we are pleased to be able to service most Ics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SST112 by Manufacturer Takenaka as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Semikron Brand SKM195GB126DN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intermec such as T2455C09604704 equipment made by Intermec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intermec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intermec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S42024C3014A1 made by Siemens as well as the popular T164907A17H122A original spares produced by Moog
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S1624 by Dynavision and T2455C09604704 spares by Intermec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
