Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pilz CPU Card C-P8-ZE-8U-S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sun-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Snemo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sun-Electric such as the 21395005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7RE26101BA01DB manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 129VCC by Manufacturer Snemo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 6DD16110AG0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Swagelok such as SST68MF32EK4 equipment made by Swagelok have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Swagelok products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Swagelok" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 881G552S made by T-bar as well as the popular XPSAK311144P original spares produced by Schneider

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 42R06500SSIL by Sigma and SST68MF32EK4 spares by Swagelok are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
