Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pilz PNOZ X7 24VAC/DC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Agastat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ab parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Agastat such as the ETR14D3B004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1336BDBSP2C7410150257 manufactured by Ab and we are pleased to be able to service most Ab systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NP8320A189V by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ab Brand 1336SNSP1C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Agastat such as 7012JKX equipment made by Agastat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Agastat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Agastat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MG6 made by Abb as well as the popular 810A05AR original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 587R191160000 by Abb and 7012JKX spares by Agastat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 810A22CZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
