Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Plast-o-matic X1157 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Power-One products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-Mate parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Powerohm product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-One such as the F2412A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESQ180P4012 manufactured by Power-Mate and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-Mate systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PR117R800WNC by Manufacturer Powerohm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Powertec Brand C051AR2CH000NNNNN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Precision-Micro such as DCXMC210 equipment made by Precision-Micro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Precision-Micro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Precision-Micro" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BMXXBP0400 made by Schneider as well as the popular 295A052 original spares produced by Power-Control-Corp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 101072665 by Powerware and DCXMC210 spares by Precision-Micro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
