We service and repair Prisma PPWS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Prisma PPWS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PPWS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PPWS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the ZKB10B2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NCDRB1BW20180SS79L manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDQ2D6335DCM by Manufacturer Smc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schneider Brand BMH1402P32A1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Velmex such as VP9000 equipment made by Velmex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Velmex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Velmex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Lvt8040 made by Qei as well as the popular MC1KU030 original spares produced by Toyoda
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3180PI125 by Superior and VP9000 spares by Velmex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
