Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pro-face GLC2500-TC41-200V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge-Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kaiser product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge-Fanuc such as the IC3600EPSY1J1D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NGH312036E manufactured by Cutler-hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LS6000 by Manufacturer Kaiser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Control-Techniques Brand M45R14ICDQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as MHL366006139 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MDD090BN040N2L110PB0 made by Indramat as well as the popular IC655CPU500 original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVME162510A by Motorola and MHL366006139 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HPK22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
