Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface GP377-SC41-24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pyro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pwm50g parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Promess product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyro such as the R5T185L68R38304HTST25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 44B399270001 manufactured by Pwm50g and we are pleased to be able to service most Pwm50g systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8500400C11 by Manufacturer Promess as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Prolinx Brand 4202DFNTBSCH4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Professional-Electronics such as 52570 equipment made by Professional-Electronics have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available VGD1042 made by Prometec as well as the popular RTU503 original spares produced by Prosoft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 107528736 by Prx and 52570 spares by Professional-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7171A02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gd-California.
