Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface XM-4300TP PFXXM4300TP, PFX LM4301TADDK, parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Protection-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Puma product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the PSR2560070 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6642VB10NR manufactured by Protection-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Protection-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5013216EP14SLUM8043 by Manufacturer Puma as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Prometec Brand 1080115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pulse such as 655L60 equipment made by Pulse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3000265 made by Puma as well as the popular MBC210A original spares produced by Pulsatrol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSTEY00ZP10PSGA by Proportion-Air and 655L60 spares by Pulse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6022049V1036K4939 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pyrotronics.
