Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Due to increased demand we now feature 1L841668T1 by Manufacturer Reliance as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Reliance Brand 114977 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Quad-Tech such as 66703 equipment made by Quad-Tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quad-Tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quad-Tech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TMC1000 made by Pulnix as well as the popular 11HM176391 original spares produced by Reliance
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RD27770P by Red-Dot and 66703 spares by Quad-Tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
