Prysm Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Prysm PR-IP1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Prysm PR-IP1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PR-IP1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PR-IP1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raco such as the V23136 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QD77MS4 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QOT3030 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pyrotronics Brand 6022049V1036K4939 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R88MK10030LS2 by Omron and 96296872 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
