Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pulsotronic 8108-0500 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rabbit-Net products, including obsoleted and phased-out Df-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rab product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rabbit-Net such as the 07P0806A1007P0806AAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 64031500012200 manufactured by Df-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Df-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RB6T5 by Manufacturer Rab as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Puma Brand 923BD1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Df-Control such as 64030400011800 equipment made by Df-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Df-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Df-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HTCM612090AS1 made by Pyrotenax as well as the popular QMB363TW original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DOSVISABUSIFBOARDCDR05003 by Pulstec and 64030400011800 spares by Df-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
