Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Qualidyne-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Qmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Applikon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Qualidyne-Corp such as the 2B4AC1A417 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 442144 manufactured by Qmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Qmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ADI1012 by Manufacturer Applikon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Qvs-Video-Splitter Brand MSV604PH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as QI3NDP equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 45475201 made by Radisys as well as the popular THC5169 original spares produced by Toyopuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8656PLC2 by Allen-Bradley and QI3NDP spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 201010879 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rabbit-Net.
