Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rapistan 480V 5.4 AMP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Refu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rca parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Red-Lion product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Refu such as the WP4091 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AsciiVp611 manufactured by Rca and we are pleased to be able to service most Rca systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PGM00000 by Manufacturer Red-Lion as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Red-Lion Brand T4810000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reeves such as MFC77951NPA77V7753NXN equipment made by Reeves have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reeves products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reeves" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 480V54AMP made by Rapistan as well as the popular 390604F original spares produced by Raskin-Socapel

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CSMSTRV2 by Red-Lion and MFC77951NPA77V7753NXN spares by Reeves are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LNXC2030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion.
