Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Computer-Conversions products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Demag-Cranes--Components product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Computer-Conversions such as the HMR9064CR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HCSFS52G1H117 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KBA125B6 by Manufacturer Demag-Cranes--Components as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand JMM3158T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as IDCSWDM3554T equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KBA112B42 made by Demag as well as the popular H930 original spares produced by Ao-Smith
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IDVSWDM3542 by Baldor and IDCSWDM3554T spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JM3550 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
