Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Servotronix CDHD-0062-APBO-ST parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Shimpo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Shimpo such as the PCFRE10AC0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLV4100010 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLV6321831S01 by Manufacturer Sick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Shinko Brand C93VFT2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as MP5011AD00 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MC7 made by Sew-Eurodrive as well as the popular C4PEA12031D00 original spares produced by Sick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDM4200108 by Sick and MP5011AD00 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RXF7DT100L4C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive.
