Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Siemens 6ES7321-1EL00-0AA0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the MOR4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WCMU manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR1F400M7 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand DR1A3BC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Usi such as 11027 equipment made by Usi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Usi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Usi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8501XO40XTD1V02 made by Square-D as well as the popular 3RN10621CW00 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SCFRX902AA by Te-Connectivity and 11027 spares by Usi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GC200D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
