Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Siemens 6SE6440-2UD31-8DA1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nippon-Seiko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A02B0091J552 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EXA1A10A00B03EXA1A10A00B03 manufactured by Nippon-Seiko and we are pleased to be able to service most Nippon-Seiko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B0236B200 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand 8030CRM260 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 7VODD119CD04 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 900410190041029004014 by Bently-Nevada and 7VODD119CD04 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
