Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Smc MXS20-125 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sodick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sprecher--Schuh parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sodick such as the ML121QTSODS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CAPT32312023PE1R0 manufactured by Sprecher--Schuh and we are pleased to be able to service most Sprecher--Schuh systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PF2706H1468 by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Smc Brand PSE550C2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sola such as 2806325 equipment made by Sola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sola" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S3205 made by Softron as well as the popular VBA22A original spares produced by Smc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MXW1675 by Smc and 2806325 spares by Sola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original STI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Socapel.
