Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sor 12NN-CA614-N4-B2A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Spr-Bologna-Italia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spectrum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Spr-Bologna-Italia such as the TYPECS1CS1LOGCS1AL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WP41201 manufactured by Spectrum and we are pleased to be able to service most Spectrum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30606 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 1769scIF8uW12dKkw4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as ROM121 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 850002423 made by Speicherkarte as well as the popular MiniMac400 original spares produced by Sound-Solutions

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8030HOM271 by Square-D and ROM121 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 121120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Soule.
