Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Stahl MT-316-A-TX-TFT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fairchild products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avg-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fag product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairchild such as the TD7800401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZ10CFSH manufactured by Avg-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Avg-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NJ211EM1C3 by Manufacturer Fag as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Falk Brand 700WUC2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Extol-Inc such as IS12521648 equipment made by Extol-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Extol-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Extol-Inc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 044CBN2A25 made by Falk as well as the popular 101072371 original spares produced by Exide

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z190331 by Fairchild and IS12521648 spares by Extol-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M12SAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Exor.
