We service and repair Sta�ber FDS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sta�ber FDS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FDS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our FDS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Star parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Steridose product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MS45D1AC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 103261620 manufactured by Star and we are pleased to be able to service most Star systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 112440 by Manufacturer Steridose as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sti Brand MS4800S200840XSC1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sti such as 284730010 equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 162321420 made by Star as well as the popular 105602100CQF original spares produced by Sterns-Rexnord
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 162239410 by Star and 284730010 spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
