Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Superior products, including obsoleted and phased-out Superior parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sychron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Superior such as the 221797 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M062LE09C4006 manufactured by Superior and we are pleased to be able to service most Superior systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GA12LC7258950 by Manufacturer Sychron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sunx Brand LP200C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Swedot such as 782312A equipment made by Swedot have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Swedot products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Swedot" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M061FD6002 made by Superior as well as the popular NA4012D original spares produced by Sunx
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSL26SMS3939 by Synatel and 782312A spares by Swedot are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
