Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Swagelok 6L-FV4A-FR4-VR4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sygnetron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mlg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Icme product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sygnetron such as the 10D85310D853MC10D853C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T863217 manufactured by Mlg and we are pleased to be able to service most Mlg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T63B4 by Manufacturer Icme as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tamagawa Brand 3HAWC11659200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by T-B-Woods such as URC07 equipment made by T-B-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire T-B-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "T-B-Woods" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3100SCR made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular 3060850150 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NO390AU6638N1659091018 by Tamagawa and URC07 spares by T-B-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS232 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Becton-Dickinson.
