Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20010C manufactured by Control-Systems-International and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Systems-International systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS3007 by Manufacturer Systems as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tamagawa Brand RSF8A50E200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taiyo such as PQCCU02 equipment made by Taiyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taiyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taiyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TAR132ES made by Toshiba as well as the popular STD01IIIS5151R11 original spares produced by Tandler
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D41024 by Taptone and PQCCU02 spares by Taiyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
